Good Afternoon Grace family,
Your safety and health are a high priority for the leadership at Grace. Many of you know that we have had some members test positive for COVID-19. We are grateful to God that most all of these have been very minor cases… and many have recovered quickly! Praise God! As our state has re-opened, there has also been a spike in cases in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In order to make the best decision for our congregation, we are going to postpone meeting together until July 5th. We will continue to monitor the status in our area as we get nearer to that date. This coming week we will again provide the message online at our website and on Facebook Sunday morning at 10:40 am.
When we resume in-person services, we do ask that we walk in full consideration of each other. Anyone exhibiting symptoms the week before service is encouraged to stay home and join us online. We also encourage those who may be immune-compromised to wait to return to services. We understand that each person needs to make the best decision for their family, and we support your decision whole-heartedly.
To say we miss seeing you is an understatement! I have heard many stories of how members are taking care of each other… and that is a huge encouragement to me! Please continue to pray for COVID-19 to be obliterated and that those who have contracted it to be healed quickly and completely.
We love you all and look forward to seeing you on July 5th.
