Sunday Services

Our FIM team does a great job of making guests feel very welcomed, with a good balance where they don’t feel too overwhelmed or intimidated.(Required)

The pre-service atmosphere in the foyer, and especially in the sanctuary, is friendly, lively, and builds a spirit of excitement & anticipation.(Required)
Worship is consistently at a very high level of excellence, including singing, playing of instruments, sound mixing, lighting, and PowerPoints.(Required)
The presence of God is tangible in our worship, the worship experience is fresh and current, and the leader connects with the people during worship.(Required)
The teachings are consistently positive and relevant.(Required)
The teachings encompass the whole counsel of God’s Word – from His love and grace to His uncompromising and challenging truths about how we are to live.(Required)
Ministry times, when done, are well thought through (seamless, incl. worship) and effectively carried out.(Required)
The post-service time is done excellently, with good uplifting music as people visit and depart for the week.(Required)

Women's Ministry

Youth Ministry

We are seeing growth & change in the Youth of our church, as a direct result of our Youth Ministry team and their Wednesday night services.(Required)
The Youth Ministry is doing a good job of attracting youth outside the families of our church into their services and activities.(Required)
We are providing the Youth Ministry the resources they need to present a high quality, high impact event on Wednesdays.(Required)
The youth are serving in areas of the church outside of Youth Ministry. They are finding a place for their gifts to be used.(Required)

Counseling Ministry (STEPS, TPM, etc.)

The Counseling team members are getting the support and training they need to be effective in this ministry.(Required)

Marriage & Family Ministry

We are seeing marriages transformed at Grace. Broken marriages are being healed and other marriages strengthened.(Required)

Kingdom Families is being used and implemented with families at Grace. Families can easily find resources and people to help them grow.(Required)
